WELCOME TO THE HANGAR
"Inventing is the mixing of brains and materials. The more brains you use, the less materials you need."

Kettering District #2 Winners
Team 2612 competed at the week 2 Kettering district 2 event. It was a long and hard fight but we took home the blue banner with our partner team 1243 The Dragons and our alliance captain team 6618 the WARHBOTS. Team 2612 also won the creativity award thanks to our innovative gear holder and gyro system. We to thank all of our generous sponsors and volunteers for getting us this far as well as all the other competing teams for a well played game.
MEET THE CORSAIRS
The Waterford Mott Robotics Team (FRC Team 2612) is a student-led team that competes with other robotics teams from all around the world. Each January, the team enters the build season and is given a new task and objective in which our team needs to design, build, and program our robot — all of which must be completed in a six-week period. After many hours and long days, the team and the robot are ready to compete with other high-school robotics teams. Corsairs Robotics 2612 travels to competitions where it forms alliances with other teams, with the goal of advancing to the next level in the competitions.
Corsair Robotics 2612 is fast-emerging as one of the elite robotics teams in Michigan. Already the team’s membership has doubled, and senior team members, adult mentors and engineers are hard at work teaching new team members the skills and ideals that will only improve the team’s success. Our experience with FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) gives the team real-world, professional experience and inspires members to pursue opportunities in science, engineering and mathematics.
Thank you to all our parents, sponsors, and mentors. The Team would personally like to thank you for all the time, funds, and kind treatment you have given us. Your efforts help us excel in our competitions, academics, and life. Thank you for everything you do.
— Team 2612
